Bursar's Office (Student Accounts)

The word bursar is an unknown term to many people; it is traditionally used in colleges to mean an officer in charge of funds. We in the WPI Bursar’s Office aspire to provide exceptional service to our customers. The office is dedicated to student accounts—serving students, families, and the WPI community.

Our main responsibilities include:

  • Issuing electronic bill statements (eBills)
  • Collecting tuition and fees
  • Refunding credit balances
  • Assisting with payment options
  • Handling health insurance requirements and enrollment
  • Overseeing federal 1098-T tax forms
  • All other student-account-related matters


Important Information


Undergraduate Spring eBills are due January 3, 2019

Graduate eBill will be sent next week for registered students and will be due January 9th.

The schedule for the winter close is Dec. 24- Jan 1st. Payments received during the winter close will NOT be posted until January, please use the online payment system for immediate posting.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Summer Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (May - August)

During specific times, the office hours may be adjusted to remain open until 5:00 PM
