Workday Student & TMS/Nelnet Payment Plan

WPI is transitioning to Workday for Fall 2021!

There will be changes as to how a student and third party will access your student eBill,  remit online payments and enroll in the TMS/Nelnet Payment Plan.

Please be patient with us as we begin to send communication of these changes.

There will be training and additional information coming soon.

Bursar's Office (Student Accounts)

The word bursar is an unknown term to many people; it is traditionally used in colleges to mean an officer in charge of funds. We in the WPI Bursar’s Office aspire to provide exceptional service to our customers. The office is dedicated to student accounts—serving students, families, and the WPI community.

Our main responsibilities include:

  • Issuing electronic bill statements (eBills)
  • Collecting tuition and fees
  • Refunding credit balances
  • Assisting with payment options
  • Handling health insurance requirements and enrollment
  • Overseeing federal 1098-T tax forms
  • All other student-account-related matters

Please do not book an appointment with questions that we may answer via email, please email bursar@wpi.edu. Thank you. 

We will have limited staff available during our office hours.

IMPORTANT - Parent/guardians will need to be accompanied by student to access the building​.

Appointments are reserved for students where a phone call or email will not assist you in your inquiry, such as dropping off a check. Please do not book an appointment for items that can be resolved with a phone call, zoom or email.

Select the service at the top and then select a date and time from the available options. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. Please be sure to adhere to the requirements outlined in the email.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For Fall WPI is deploying Workday for student accounts, eBills and payment processing - we will have more information, videos and trianing coming soon! 

While the Bursar's Office is working remotely; our team is committed to assisting our customers. We ask for your understanding with phone calls and recommend emailing us with questions.

We will respond to voice messages as quickly as we can. 

Additionally, we ask that you please remit payments thorough the online payment portal and refrain from mailing in checks to WPI.

 

1098-T's may be access on the ECSI Website.

 

If you are requesting a refund, please enroll in direct deposit.

Summer Hours Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (May - August)

Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

During specific times, the office hours may be adjusted to remain open until 5:00 PM
