WPI’s dedication to top-quality customer service is reflected in our ongoing training opportunities. This program is designed to strengthen awareness and skills, and to encourage all staff members—regardless of title—to see themselves as the face of WPI, and the jobs they perform as vital parts of our institution.
This session will highlight actual WPI scenarios, utilitizing testimonials from students, faculty and staff, and features these individuals re-enacting and discussing these scenarios here on campus. This program is completely customized to WPI and designed to immerse new employees in our customer service culture or provide a new perspective for current employees.
