Employee Policies and Compliance

All members of the WPI community are guided by integrity and ethical behavior. To choose the right action in a given situation, we need to have an understanding of the laws, regulations, and policies that apply to us as community members of the WPI community. WPI ensures we have a working environment that enables each of us to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the law.

Employees may access the full list of University policies in the WPI Policy Library.
