Javad’s research focuses on user experience and decision making which scrutinizes people’s cognitive behavior. His research has several interesting applications in psychology, marketing, education, and other sciences. His findings can help to understand the procedure of digesting information, learning process, making decisions and so on.
Prior to entering the WPI Ph.D. program in Aug 2018, Javad received his MBA from Iowa State University, and before joining the MBA program, he worked for about 6 years in the industry in different managerial positions. His experiences from working with several departments are going to help him better understand users with different needs and design catered systems with notably higher customer satisfaction.
