Her teaching and research interests are at the nexus of Operations Management and Data Analytics, Marketing, and Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility. She focuses on supply chain management, product life cycle analysis (e.g.: product deletion) and sustainability, with a specific green (pro-environmental), social and ethical perspective. Her research works are motivated to identify gaps in the theoretical core of the related field, as well as various empirical investigations and rigorous Bayesian modelling analyses. Her current research covers four interrelated research domains including Operations Management and Sustainability, Green Marketing and Consumerism, Product Deletion and Blockchain Technology.

Her research has been published in the International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, Industrial Management & Data Systems and IEEE Engineering Management Review.

She has also co-authored on various book chapters and worked as ad-hoc reviewer for peer-reviewed journals. She is actively involved in regional, national and international conferences including the Academy of Management (AOM), the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), and the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).
