Education
Florida Institute of Technology, B.S. in Physics, 2021

I am a second-year Ph.D. student in physics studying in Professor Raisa Trubko’s lab. My current research interests are in the application of Nitrogen-Vacancy defects present in diamonds for high-resolution magnetometry. As a member of the Quantum Sensors Laboratory at WPI, I also focus on improving and implementing new designs for our Quantum Diamond Microscope. Our current projects are focused on the measurement of biological samples and novel magnetic materials. I am also a Teaching Assistant and enjoy all aspects of encouraging educational growth within my students. Outside of the lab, I collect books and perform in wind ensembles as principal clarinetist.
