Scott holds a BS degree from National University and an MS degree from DePaul University. He is fervent about continually improving his teaching skills in both the classroom and online. He enjoys coaching students in their career strategy, professional development, and interpersonal skills that optimize their results. He is passionate about the quantitative aspects of systems engineering, such as data analysis, decision making, and risk management. His strength lies in his ability to inspire his students to maximize their potential in the workplace.
Scott brings almost four decades of industrial experience to his teaching. His experience involved active duty military, Department of Defense systems engineering, commercial product development, and consulting. Scott has worked in weapons systems development, networking equipment, telecommunications and medical instruments.
