Anna is a mental health counselor who works part time for the SDCC. Her clinical interests include OCD and related disorders, anxiety, depression, as well as identity-formation and interpersonal relationships. Anna employs a person-centered approach to counseling and incorporates cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, as well as expressive techniques into her treatment. She also has a black lab named Sam who is a registered therapy dog. Anna received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University.
