In my role as Advisor for Academic Support, I will be assisting students with their academic planning, developing goals, and providing guidance throughout their college experience. In addition, my role will also consist of supporting students that are applying for nationally competitive scholarship and fellowship opportunities. As a first generation college student, my own experience was overwhelming and daunting. Throughout my 4-years, it was the help from admission counselors, resident directors and advisors that helped me navigate those obstacles.

My goal as an Advisor is to pay it forward. I firmly believe that it takes a village to raise a child. Through this philosophy, I strive to use my resources on campus and other departments to provide my students with a well-rounded experience. Outside of campus I enjoy playing volleyball, board games and reading any and all fantasy books.
