Location and Culture
All projects will be conducted at Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA. Founded in 1951 as a federally funded research and development center for MIT, the Lincoln Laboratory’s fundamental mission is to apply science and advanced technology to critical problems of national security like air defense, communications, space surveillance, missile defense, tactical surveillance systems, and air traffic control.
Past students at the Lexington, Massachusetts Project Center have:
- Created a collaborative robotics heads-up display
- Created a digital programmable Gaussian noise generator
