Location and Culture:

New York City is a high-powered center of global financial activity, vibrant art, entertainment, and world-class multicultural cuisine. At this project center, known as the Wall Street Project Center, students will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable financial services firms in the world, including Barclays, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas.

Housing:

WPI students will reside in apartment-style accommodations. Accommodation type and location are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed the term prior to departure.

Past Projects:

Past students at the New York, New York Project Center have:

  • Improved risk reporting and technology at Lehman Brothers for country and credit risk
  • Enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of information sharing practices for trading support teams in the Global Credit Products division of Bank of America
  • Identified best practices in client service at the New York and London branches of Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage
