Career Development Center's Statement on Systemic Racism

We in the Career Development Center (CDC), want to echo the sentiment that was recently shared in President Leshin’s email on June 1st. We acknowledge that racism and systemic oppression are both historical and ongoing contemporary injustices that exist in all levels of our society, including throughout the career journey. Black lives matter, and we must recognize and act on this truth in the work that we do with students, alumni, and employers.

Be on the lookout in the next few weeks for actionable steps from our department.
