The Division of Talent and Inclusion is pleased to announce that applications are being accepted for funding assistance for WPI faculty and staff who wish to attend diversity conferences or events that relate to the recruitment and retention of employees of underrepresented groups, to include people of color, persons who identify as women, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQIAP+ individuals, and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

WPI employees may submit their request by completing the Diversity Recruitment/Retention Event Funding Request Form. The funding amount that can be requested is up to $1000 with documentation from the requestor’s manager to ensure additional financial support will be provided to cover all costs.
