Space for students to collaborate in high-tech media suites. Smart, eco-friendly growth. Promoting student wellness and life balance. The vision for WPI's new residence hall is compatible with WPI's mission to foster innovation and creativity. This state-of-the-art new residence hall on Boynton Street, a part of WPI's lower campus, will feature apartment-style housing for 232 upperclass students. The building will feature recreation and fitness space, tech suites on the each floor, meeting rooms on the ground floor for group projects and will be air-conditioned with wireless access. The site will also feature a parking garage. Following WPI's commitment to sustainable development, this new residence hall will be a "green" building. It has been designed to meet a LEED-Silver level of certification.
