Welcome

Launched in 1999, the Collaborative for Entrepreneurship & Innovation is WPI's university-wide center for fostering innovative, entrepreneurial activity. Our focus is to help entrepreneurs and innovators build a better business, organization, licensing opportunity, or social venture.

The value of creating new enterprises and licensing opportunities based upon technological invention and innovation is accelerated through participation in our programs, competitions, and services. To facilitate the learning process, we connect technology entrepreneurs, service providers, mentors, investors, teachers, organizations, and funding sources to the WPI community .

Today, more than two-dozen programs provide passage to the world of technology entrepreneurship and innovation. Our award-winning programs were recognized in 2005 by Entrepreneur Magazine’s TechknowledgePoint survey of entrepreneurial schools by ranking us among the Top Ten programs in the nation for schools with an Entrepreneurship Emphasis.

We welcome your thoughts and ideas for new technology-based businesses or licensing opportunities. We will provide mentors, programs and resources that will help build your network, or individual services to meet unique needs.
