Abstract
Community schools seek to provide the neighborhoods they serve with educational opportunities for betterment. This project serves as a program needs analysis for Elm Park and Chandler Elementary School and the neighborhoods they serve in Worcester, Middle Main and Piedmont. We investigated the needs of the community in terms of after-school and adult education programs and devised methods to meet those needs. Additionally we suggested methods for funding and promotion of activities.
