Professor Wyglinski Promoted to Technical Editor of IEEE Communications Magazine

ECE Professor Alexander Wyglinski has accepted a promotion from Associate Technical Editor to Technical Editor for the IEEE Communications Society’s Communications Magazine for the next three years.

ECE Professor Alexander Wyglinski has accepted a promotion from Associate Technical Editor to Technical Editor for the IEEE Communications Society’s Communications Magazine. The appointment is a three year commitment with an option for an additional 2 year extension.  Steve Gorsche, PhD and Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Communications Magazine stated, “In appreciation for your excellent service as an Associate Technical Editor, I would like to promote you to Technical Editor.”

IEEE’s Communications Magazine has a readership of over 55,000. According to IEEE, Communications Magazine is, “Written in tutorial applications-driven style by the industry's leading experts, IEEE Communications Magazine delivers usable information right now. This award-winning magazine will bring you the latest international coverage of current issues and advances in key areas.”
