Researchers from MIT and WPI are developing a soft-shelled robot that moves like a fish. The research team includes WPI professor Cagdas Onal who recently published a paper in Soft Robotics (SoRo) journal describing the innovative robot, which can swim continually and quickly twist its body to change direction in response to environmental stimuli.
Business Standard recently ran an article describing the development of this soft-bodied robotics fish. Read the full story here.
Robohub ran an article with a companion video about the team's development and process. Watch it here.
