As the Manager of Video Production at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), I oversee and develop all content creation through all phases of media production, using state-of-the-art hardware and software. I also manage and work along side a team of talented student/contract videographers, editors, and animators who produce engaging and impactful videos for the institute's branding, marketing, and educational purposes. I bring over a decade of professional video production experience, I have honed my skills in digital content, social networking, and post-production, and have earned a Part 107 FAA Pilot's license for commercial UAV operations.
I am passionate about creating professionally crafted films that showcase the stories and achievements of WPI's students, faculty, and alumni, as well as the institute's global and innovative impact. I have filmed at a proficient level in various international locations, such as Iceland, Panama, and Costa Rica, for WPI's interactive qualifying program (IQP). I also enjoy sharing my expertise and knowledge with the next generation of video producers, as I have taught video production workshops at WPI and have been invited as a public speaker to my alma mater, Worcester State University, where I obtained a BA in Communications with a concentration in TV Broadcasting. I am proud to be part of the WPI community and to contribute to its mission of creating positive change in the world through science, technology, and art.
