Check out the tips below for better sleep and for more in-depth information and sleep recommendations, click here.

10 Quick Tips for Better Sleep

  1. Avoid or limit caffeine in the late afternoon and night.
  2. Plan out mealtimes.
  3. Get bright light exposure early in the day.
  4. Avoid screen time 30 minutes to an hour before bed.
  5. Establish a sleep schedule.
  6. Don’t drink alcohol at the end of the night.

Reminder: COVID Vaccine is Encouraged but Not Required for Fall 2023

As a reminder, with the planned ending of the COVID-19 national public health emergency scheduled for May 11, 2023, and the current status of the pandemic, WPI will no longer require COVID vaccination for students or employees as of that date. WPI will continue to strongly recommend that all community members follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 vaccination, which recommend that everyone stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines including booster doses.
