Title: Subspace state transfer in coined quantum walks
Abstract: A coined quantum walk is a quantization of the discrete random walk on a graph. Each iteration of the walk consists of a quantum coin flip and a conditional shift. This talk introduces an interesting transport phenomenon of some coined quantum walks where we can send three orthogonal states from one vertex to another, enabling transfer of a subspace of states localized at a vertex. This is joint work in progress with Yichi Xu.
