Welcome to WPI!
The campus is open for public visitation every day, but when planning a visit you should be aware of dates and times when classes are not in session or the university is closed. View our full recess & holiday schedule.
Join us on a weekday or Saturday for an information session with Admissions staff and a campus tour led by a WPI student. Our morning visit begins at 9:15 a.m. and afternoon visit begins at 1:15 p.m.; each option lasts two hours.
So we can best prepare for your visit, we ask you to register in advance. Please note that we have limited capacity, and only dates with available visit options will display on the calendar.
The WPI Admissions Office will be open on select Saturdays this spring. We offer information sessions, conducted by the admissions staff at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., followed by student-led campus tours. Together the information session and tour will last just over two hours. Please view our calendar to register online for a Saturday visit if you plan to join us.
Accepted Student Days
The Accepted Student Day open houses for 2019 will be held on April 3, 10, and 17. Advanced registration for the events is strongly preferred. A sample schedule of the day is now available, along with frequently asked questions about the events. Please note: A specific schedule for each event will be posted two weeks in advance.
Once the registration is completed, a confirmation email will be provided. A few days prior to the event, a reminder email with important details will also be sent. Should you have any questions, please contact admissions via email or at 508-831-5286.
Animals on Campus
Please note: WPI has an Animals on Campus policy, and appreciates guests following the policy. In short, animals are not permitted in the Bartlett Center (housing the Office of Admissions, and Student Aid & Financial Literacy) or other buildings on campus with the exception of approved Service or Assistance Animals for individuals with disabilities.
