Lunchtime Entrepreneurial Learning Game
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Founders, entrepreneurs, team members, alums, and visitors; LikeBreathin.com’s own Marc Trudeau will be at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Seaport Events Center (at District Hall Boston, with partner Innovation Studio) from noon to 1:00 next Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2023, offering all who wish to attend a provocative experience in MVP-(minimum viable product)-thinking (along with a slice or two of the area’s best pizza). Conceived by John Cook and elaborated by Band of Agilists (BoA), the Puck’s Pub interactive card game brings to life the MuSCoW approach to exploring what Must, Should, Could, and Won’t be implemented in the 1st release of a product, and more importantly just how small that 1st release can be and still deliver enormous customer and learning value.
This initial (though hopefully monthly) lunchtime activity leverages a fun, fictional business example, to avoid the pressure and drama of trying it for the first time with real work. Playing it with your own team to get them oriented, and then a second time with your own product, requires almost no prep. Downloads of the facilitation guide and game materials will be offered free to all who sign up here on Meetup and/or choose to show up on the day.
Will you come and invite your friends to join in this experience? Thanks in advance!
-- Marc will be available to visitors for informal discussions before and after the event. --
