Interested in Learning Mindfulness Meditation? 

MIEA Mindfulness is a four-week evidence-based mindfulness curriculum the Center for Well-Being is offering to WPI employees and graduate students. This summer, employees and graduate students are welcome to experience the program at no cost, either virtually or in-person.  

This is a 75-minute class which meets once a week for 4 weeks.   

Session 1:  

  • In-person, Center for Well-Being, Daniels Hall 102E  
  • Tuesdays, 2:00 to 3:15 
  • May 14, 21, 28, and June 11, 2024 
  • Instructor:  Paula Fitzpatrick, Ph.D., Certified MIEA Instructor

Session 2:  

  • On-line via Zoom,  
  • Mondays, 1:00 to 2:15 
  • July 29, Aug 5, 12, and 19, 2024 
  • Instructor:  Diana Fiorentino, Certified MIEA Instructor 
  • Registration opens July 1, 2024 

There are 20 spaces available in each session, which provides opportunities for participants to share about their experience.
