You're invited to experience Wings of Gompei! A team of WPI mechanical engineering students will present on the design and build process for their radio-controlled (RC) airplane in preparation for the annual SAE Aero Design East Competition. Included is an up-close viewing the aircraft, Q&A, and we will learn about their recent competition.
Wings of Gompei is a Major Qualifying Project (MQP) which is a degree requirement for graduating seniors. MQP's allow students to apply newfound engineering skills to a long-term project.
