Qigong (energy work) is an ancient Chinese practice developed by mirroring movements in Nature. "Qi" means energy, and "Gong" means work or skill. In this moving meditation, you will learn to cultivate and direct your energy through gentle, intentional movement, breath, and relaxation. We’ll do simple, flowing sequences rooted in the five elements of Chinese medicine and the playful movements of the Five Animal Frolics. Come as you are - no experience needed and uncover the art of effortless power and flow. Join via Zoom or come in person to the CWB Program Room! Sponsored by the CWB.
