Accessibility & Inclusion
In connection with the spirit and commitment WPI and its campus community have dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion; the Annual Pre-Collegiate Program Directors Conference will provide several onsite services to meet the needs of our conference community. These include an Accessibility Desk which will be open and available during all conference programming hours, gender inclusive restrooms, etc.
All our keynote presentations and featured sessions will include live transcription on-screen. PCPD also allows conferences attendees to request any needed accommodations during the registration process and our host conference staff will be in touch with you directly to discuss your request.

In connection with the spirit and principal of WPI’s dedication and commitment to inclusion it is the expectation of this conference committee and host institution that members directly involved and or participating in this conference not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex gender identity, gender expression, affectional or sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability in any of this conferences programs, events, publications, and services. During your time throughout the conference if you experience or witness any behavior that violate the guidelines shared above, we encourage you to report the incident to a PCPD Host staff member. Onsite, there will be reporting mechanisms in place available to participants at the registration area.
