If a faculty member is a co-inventor on your invention, you will be treated as a faculty member where WPI will cover your patent expenses and work to market, license and / or commercialization your invention (you can be involved in this process). Any profits from the licensing or commercialization of your invention will be split 50/50 between the inventors and WPI.
