HIdE-En-Seq: Identification of engineered changes in microorganisms

Draper is a not-for-profit R&D corporation with > 1,800 engineers and biologists working together in extensive scientific laboratories including state-of-the-art equipment, and >12,000 ft2 of BSL-2 research space. Draper’s design, build, and test capabilities enable the development of solutions from early-stage concepts to integrated and refined systems successfully transitioned to the field. In Synthetic Biology group, we apply our expertise in microbiology, molecular biology and biochemistry together with the hardware and software support to develop solutions for challenges serving national interest. In this seminar, I will highlight our development on one of these programs.
