Elm Park Tutoring

Come to this service opportunity at Elm Park Elementary School! 

Our first tutoring session of the term will be next Wednesday, 1/25 at 1:00pm. Please meet me (Erika Sojka) at the fountain at 12:50 so we can walk to the school together. 

Steps for Elm Park Tutoring:

• Please sign up here at least 1 hour before the event!
  

• Fill out CORI form here 

• CORI form is there to make sure everyone is safe to work with kids. 
• Either bring it with you on Wednesday, or complete it at the school when you arrive
• Things will go faster if everyone comes prepared, but don't worry if you don't have access to a printer!
• CORI forms are good for three years, so if you have attended Elm Park Tutoring in the past, you do not need to fill it out again

• Bring a government ID

• This is a first-time necessity needed for the CORI form. 

• It's only one hour, so you will be back by 2pm! 

• If you need to leave a few minutes early, that is ok!

• Running late? Meet us there at Elm Park Elementary School, 23 N Ashland St, Worcester, MA 01609 (5-10 minute walk from campus)
