Wellness Resources for Employees and Graduate Students 


Koru Mindfulness is a four-week evidence-based mindfulness curriculum the Center for Well-Being is offering to WPI employees and graduate students. A and B Term, employees and graduate students are welcome to experience the program at no cost, either virtually or in-person. To join, register here 

This is a 75-minute class which meets once a week for 4 weeks.   

  • Session 1: In-person, Center for Well-Being, Daniels Hall 102E, Mondays, 11:00am to 12:15 pm:  Sept. 11 to Oct. 2  
  • Session 2: On-line via Zoom, Mondays, 11:00am to 12:15 pm: Oct. 30 to Nov. 27

 
There are 20 spaces available in each session, which provides opportunities for participants to share about their experience. 

The Gordon Library also has electronic and print copies of the book used in this class called, The Mindful Twenty-Something:  Life Skills to Handle Stress . . . & Everything Else.
