Meet the Team

In her nearly 20 years at WPI, Rachel has assumed a variety of leadership roles across the university. As a member of the university administration, Rachel is responsible for cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and data-driven decision making. This includes managing university-level initiatives in areas such as the strategic plan, operational excellence, and institutional data analysis. Formed in mid-2021, the office of strategic initiatives and university analytics serves as a central hub for supporting change management using a data-driven approach.

Dan joined the department in June of 2021 after more than 6 years in WPI's Registrar's Office.  He has a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Human Resource Management both from Framingham State University.  Dan loves Boston sports and music, and is also an avid hockey player, coach, and fan.
