Mia-Kay Fuller (they/them) has a Masters Degree in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University in Salem, MA, USA where they worked as the LGBTQ+ Student Advocate and Liaison in the Diversity and Multicultural Affairs office. Rachael joined our office in February of 2019 and is the Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs. She manages the on-campus programming for the OMA and assists in the coordination of the Connections Pre-Orientation program. Rachael is also the Head Coach of the Club Cheerleading Team.
