For as long as I can remember I have been in love with learning and have had a passion for sport and exercise. This love has grown into a lifelong pursuit in understanding how the body works and the way in which this movement is quantified. I came to WPI after receiving my masters and doctoral degrees in Kinesiology (Athletic Training, Integrative Exercise Physiology) with my research focus on bone and bone biomechanics. Rachael joined our office in February of 2019 and is the Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs. She manages the on-campus programming for the OMA and assists in the coordination of the Connections Pre-Orientation program. Rachael is also the Head Coach of the Club Cheerleading Team. Rachael received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Biotechnology from WPI and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. View Profile

Mia-Kay Fuller (they/them) has a Masters Degree in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University in Salem, MA, USA where they worked as the LGBTQ+ Student Advocate and Liaison in the Diversity and Multicultural Affairs office.
