Lauren Feldman (she/they) serves as Assistant Director for Gender Equity and Sexuality in the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education (ODIME). Within their role, Lauren is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and assessment of campus gender equity, women’s programs, and LGBTQIAP+ programs, services, and initiatives. Lauren works directly to support women, non-binary, trans and queer students on campus.

Their previous work experiences are in numerous areas of student affairs, specifically residence life, sexual violence prevention, and pre-college programs.

Lauren values and centers empathy in all their interactions with others in order to ensure students receive an understanding, holistic, and individualized support system. They work to put students’ voices first while fostering autonomy and creativity. 

Lauren received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music from Ursinus College (Collegeville, PA). They received their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ). Lauren loves music, Disney, as well as trying new cooking and baking ideas.
