As Operations Specialist, Allyson serves as the primary on-site expert and liaison for the career services management tool (CSM) and oversees all functions of the database. In addition, she manages the office’s First Destination Report, summer internship survey, and is the primary contact for related data requests. In conjunction with the Operations Team, she supports employer recruiting activities like on campus interviews and information sessions. Lastly, Allyson leads several events and career fairs and meets with students regarding Handshake. Prior to this role, Allyson served as Senior Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator on the Employer Relations team. On-campus, she is an advisor for the WPI Alpha Gamma Delta Officer Board and serves on the WPI Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Alumni Committee. She has been involved in numerous alumni committees since graduating with a BS in Management Engineering from WPI.
