Prior to joining WPI, America served in the City of Worcester’s City Manager’s Office, where she supported executive leadership, managed high-level communications, and coordinated large-scale events and operations. She also has extensive experience in human resources, including benefits administration, payroll, and HR systems, with a strong commitment to accuracy, discretion, and service excellence.
