Heidi manages the Information Technology business operations, and budget planning and oversight.  As a member of the IT senior leadership team, she provides detailed staffing and financial reporting and assists with the planning and management of each IT Department’s budgets.  She manages the accounts payable and receivable for the IT Department, and tracks campus wide technology purchases and maintenance agreements.  Heidi develops business process improvements for IT financial and procurement processes, and manages the administrative staff.

Heidi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, and an Associate’s Degree in Management from Bentley University.  She also has certificates from WPI, in Project Management and the Leadership Development Institute.
