With a robust tenure exceeding 18 years in project management and business architecture, I am the Assistant Director of Business Architecture at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).  My role primarily encompasses the holistic modernization of WPI's enterprise systems, ensuring their seamless alignment with the institution's ambitious strategic objectives and overarching vision.

I am credentialed with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an advanced Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree, specializing in Higher Education Administration and Organizational Development. My academic and professional journeys have been intricately woven with a fervent zeal for innovation, underscored by a staunch commitment to user-centric design principles. This is vividly reflected in my adept utilization of a dynamic hybrid methodology, amalgamating the structured precision of waterfall models with the flexibility of agile frameworks within the ambit of project deliverables.

Profound competencies in data analysis, organizational leadership, and change management further enhance my skill set. These attributes empower me to negotiate with vendors effectively, meticulously oversee project budgets and timelines, and foster meaningful stakeholder engagement and communication. Driven by an unwavering mission to catalyze transformative change, my endeavors are steadfastly aimed at minimizing operational costs, augmenting efficiencies, and unfurling human-centric value across the higher education ecosystem.

In every project that I lead, my ultimate goal is to weave a narrative of progress and innovation that resonates deeply within the academic community, thereby elevating WPI's stature and impact in shaping the future of education.
