Susan joined the Office of Financial Aid in January of 2023. Susan provides administrative support for the department, customer service to students and their families over the phone as well as walk-ins. She also coordinates with the Bursar’s Office to apply Outside Scholarships for WPI recipients. Susan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Regis College.
