On Monday September 21, 2009 a student reports she had parked her vehicle on the service road at Salisbury Estates and was walking toward her apartment when she was approached by an individual riding on a bicycle.  The subject repeatedly asked her for a dollar while continuously following her on his bicycle. As the student hurried toward her apartment, the subject in a louder voice yelled expletives at the student.  WPI Police were notified and responded to the scene.

Subject Described:  Hispanic male, high school age, long pony tail, wearing a red shirt with black spots, baggy dungaree shorts, riding a bicycle.
