Do you have alumni volunteers? We want to know!

University Advancement and the WPI Alumni Association are seeking your help to collect information on alumni who volunteered for WPI in some way during fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025). Volunteers include anyone who provided a service to WPI for which they were not compensated – examples include alumni who assisted with Admissions recruitment, who spoke in classes or hosted events, who served on committees, etc.

Each year, WPI is required to report the number of alumni who volunteered for the university to the IRS as part of our Form 990 filing.

In addition, this coming spring, the Alumni Association will host a volunteer celebration event, and we want to ensure that your volunteers are included in that celebration.

Please share information on your FY25 volunteers no later than December 22. To share your volunteer information, please download this Excel sheet, add the required information, and save the file with your department name in the file name. Email the completed file to alumni-office@wpi.edu.
