As the core of WPI’s educational mission, the Undergraduate Studies division plays a pivotal role in the institution’s continued success. I will describe the organizational structure of the Undergraduate Studies division, provide an update on recent operational adjustments made to better serve our community, and highlight current and future initiatives aimed at advancing WPI’s mission. I will explore how to address current challenges and seize opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights, fostering cross-divisional collaboration, and implementing innovative practices that align with WPI’s mission and values. Central to this approach is the active involvement of the entire WPI community, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni, whose collective input and engagement are crucial for driving meaningful and sustainable progress.
