Marcus Santos, master percussionist performs Brazilian music for World Music Class

World-renowned percussionist Marcus Santos will present a Brazilian percussion workshop and public performance during at WPI on Tuesday, January 30 at 1pm. Participants at this free event will learn the basics of Brazilian percussion and will be treated to a concert by Marcus’ professional touring ensemble. The event takes place at Spaulding Recital Hall in the basement of Alden Memorial building on WPI campus. The event is part of the WPI World Music class and is sponsored by the WPI department of Humanities and Arts.
