Case Study: Amgen

Amgen, a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, California, was implementing a new strategy to recruit for their Leadership Development Program (LDP).  After researching and talking with various institutions, WPI was selected as a key school for this targeted recruiting effort.  Over the course of one year, they utilized a range of services across WPI to increase their brand awareness and obtain top talent for their program.  It resulted in 4 out of 4 offers being accepted for the LDP and 3 out of 3 offers being accepted for their summer internship program.  We utilized this story to outline best practices for successfully recruiting talent from WPI.
