Recognizing Outstanding Employees

WPI appreciates and celebrates its employees. From awards that recognize exemplary efforts to long-term service recognition, employees know their work is valued and appreciated.

Annual Benefits Fair

Each year, WPI's open enrollment period begins with a Benefits Fair where employees can ask vendors questions, enroll in benefits, enter raffles for prizes, get a blood pressure check, and snag a bag of popcorn. Being able to access so much information in one place makes the enrollment process smoother and easier for employees.

WPI's Generous Retirement Benefits

WPI's benefits package contains great perks and necessities for today, but you'll also receive excellent retirement benefits. After one year of service, employees must contribute 5% of their base salary to one of WPI's retirement plans every year. In return, WPI will contribute 11% of the employee's base salary annually to the employee's retirement fund. There is no vesting or waiting time for this benefit.
