I am enthusiastic about the application of robotics in real world problems, surgical robotics being one of them. I believe that surgery can vastly be improved by the use of new technology and innovation and I am happy to be part of the community working towards it. I have finished my M.S in Robotics at WPI and have continued on with my Ph.D. I feel honored to have been a Fulbright fellow during my M.S. I have also worked at a medical robotics company for two summers (2015 & 2016) which have turned out to be the most valuable experience for myself. There, I have contributed towards the development of a new era of lower abdominal surgical robots and interfaces.
