I have my Bachelors and Masters form India. After my graduation, I got an opportunity to work in industry for a year and teaching undergrad engineering courses for 3 years. I have moved to US in 2014 for my Doctoral degree under the supervision of Prof. Mallick. My ongoing research is on moisture induced damage of Hot Mix Asphalt(HMA). I am working with various laboratory techniques - Moisture Induced stress Tester (MIST), Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), Indirect Tensile Strength Test, Dissolved Organic Carbon etc. and Modelling tools - System Dynamics, Geo Studio - Vadose etc. to simulate and model the issue.
