Lisa Drexhage is the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships. Lisa currently leads a team to connect corporate partners with opportunities to engage with students and faculty. She leads WPI's Corporate Sponsored Student Project program driving WPI's visibility as the leader in Project-Based Learning. This program strives to expand access for students and faculty to engage in experiential learning opportunities. Lisa also serves as a strategic resource for WPI's corporate partnerships strategy and leads an annual analysis of corporate engagement occurring at WPI, convenes corporate-facing colleagues throughout WPI for information sharing and coordination and serves as an account lead for several top tier partners.
Lisa has excelled as a project manager in the non-profit, real estate and higher education settings supporting construction, placemaking and fundraising activities. After 8 years of leading and executing complex economic development and community development initiatives, Lisa returned to higher education to join the WPI Corporate Relations Office in 2022. Additionally, she was the Co-Director of POW! WOW! Worcester, an internationally recognized mural festival, since 2018. In recognition of this work, Lisa received the key to the City of Worcester. She is also a Worcester Business Journal - 40 Under 40 Honoree of 2019.
