The Dorot Fellowship in Israel is a full-year (July-July) Fellowship designed for future American Jewish lay leaders. The Fellowship is designed to be an in depth Israel experience and is comprised of four major components: Hebrew studies; Jewish studies; an internship in the Fellow\\'s field of interest; and monthly seminars. Fellows pursue the academic and internship components concurrently. In addition to these formal elements of the Fellowship, Fellows are expected to live with Israelis.
