IBM PhD Fellowship Program

The IBM PhD Fellowship Program is intended to honor exceptional PhD students in disciplines of mutual interest, including: business, chemistry, computer science, electrical engineering, materials science, mathematics, mechanical engineering and physics, as well as emerging technical fields such as autonomic computing, nanotechnology, Grid computing, e-business on demand, and the fertile intersections of biology, computation and economics. Students must be nominated by a faculty member. They must be enrolled full-time in a college or university PhD program, and they should have completed at least one year of study in their doctoral program at the time of their nomination.
